m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens<\/h3>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEntre 2018 et 2025, le programme LIFE Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 Marha, coordonn\u00e9 par l\u2019Office Fran\u00e7ais de la Biodiversit\u00e9 (OFB), a mobilis\u00e9 scientifiques, gestionnaires et acteurs du littoral pour am\u00e9liorer la connaissance et la gestion des habitats marins fran\u00e7ais.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEn tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire associ\u00e9, le GIS Posidonie a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9tat de conservation de plusieurs habitats cl\u00e9s m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens selon une approche \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique, en d\u00e9veloppant outils, indicateurs et bases de donn\u00e9es et en accompagnant les gestionnaires dans leur de travaux structurants avec les contributions du GIS Posidonie :<\/p>\n    \n    <br><\/br>\n    <h3>Approche \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique et indicateurs<\/h3>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nL\u2019un des apports majeurs du GIS Posidonie dans le cadre du programme Marha repose sur l\u2019utilisation et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019indicateurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9s permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e9cologique des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la fa\u00e7ade m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne fran\u00e7aise (voir <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/storymaps.arcgis.com\/stories\/be289fbfa53c4ca3b597cfe520196d15\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3790\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">storymap<\/a><\/strong>).\n    <\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le GIS Posidonie a largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019indicateur EBQI (Ecosystem-based Quality Index), appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs habitats cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Herbiers \u00e0 <i>Posidonia oceanica ;<\/i><\/li>\n        <li>Roche infralittorale \u00e0 algues photophiles ;<\/li>\n        <li>Corallig\u00e8ne ;<\/li>\n        <li>Grottes sous-marines.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPlusieurs centaines d\u2019\u00e9valuations ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise, permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re significative la connaissance de l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e9cologique de ces habitats.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEn parall\u00e8le, un indicateur de pression anthropique (IPA) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 afin de mieux caract\u00e9riser les pressions cumul\u00e9es (physiques, chimiques, biologiques, etc.) et d\u2019analyser leur influence sur l\u2019\u00e9tat des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCes travaux ont permis de renforcer le lien entre l&rsquo;\u00e9tat \u00e9cologique et les pressions, apportant un appui concret aux politiques publiques.\n    <\/p>\n<\/head>\n\n\n<style>\n    body posidonie<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nLe GIS Posidonie a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un inventaire des r\u00e9cifs barri\u00e8res de posidonie sur l\u2019ensemble du littoral m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en fran\u00e7ais, aboutissant \u00e0 :\n<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>l\u2019identification et la cartographie de 61 r\u00e9cifs ;<\/li>\n        <li>la production d\u2019un atlas d\u00e9di\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n        <li>l\u2019analyse de leur r\u00f4le \u00e9cologique, notamment en tant que zones de nurserie pour de nombreuses esp\u00e8ces de poissons.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCes travaux ont \u00e9galement permis de mieux caract\u00e9riser les pressions exerc\u00e9es sur ces habitats particuli\u00e8rement sensibles situ\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019\u00e9valuation standardis\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour les habitats de substrats meubles infralittoraux, en int\u00e9grant l\u2019analyse des communaut\u00e9s benthiques (macrofaune, m\u00e9iofaune, \u00e9pifaune) et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019indicateurs compl\u00e9mentaires (dont le GPBI).\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCes approches ont permis de mieux prendre en compte les pressions physiques et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la pertinence des diagnostics \u00e9cologiques.\n    <\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center><figure role=\"figure \u00e9galement permis d\u2019initier des travaux sur les habitats profonds (zone bathyale), encore peu connus, avec :\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>l\u2019identification de sites remarquables (canyons, r\u00e9cifs profonds) ;<\/li>\n        <li>le test de m\u00e9thodologies bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019imagerie (ROV, vid\u00e9o) ;<\/li>\n        <li>une approche collaborative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCes travaux ouvrent des perspectives importantes pour la connaissance et la gestion de ces d\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e9cologique des habitats d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat communautaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise ;<\/li>\n        <li>61 r\u00e9cifs barri\u00e8res de posidonie cartographi\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n        <li>17 ateliers de formation organis\u00e9s (environ 100 participants issus de 20 structures) sur l\u2019approche \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique ;<\/li>\n        <li>D\u00e9veloppement et diffusion d\u2019outils m\u00e9thodologiques op\u00e9rationnels (guide m\u00e9thodologique EBQI) ;<\/li>\n        <li>Renforcement du lien entre l&rsquo;\u00e9tat \u00e9cologique et les pressions anthropiques.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n\n    <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCes r\u00e9sultats constituent une base solide pour le suivi
